Refund Policy

Plum Wellness is committed to delivering high-quality naturopathic healthcare and natural health products. This policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding refunds, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. CONSULTATIONS (In-Person & Online)

  • Cancelling or Rescheduling:

    • No fee if made 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will be subject to a $60 cancellation fee.

    • Failure to attend your scheduled appointment will incur the full fee.

  • Refunds for Services:
    You are entitled to a refund or rebooking if:

    • The service was not delivered with due care and skill.

    • The service was not as described.

    • The service was not fit for the intended purpose.

    If you are dissatisfied with a consultation, please contact us within 3 business days of the appointment to discuss your concerns.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (e.g. Wellness Plans, eBooks, Courses)

  • Non-Refundable for Change of Mind:
    Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds if you change your mind after purchase.

  • Refunds Will Be Offered If:

    • The product is defective, corrupted, or cannot be accessed.

    • The product was not delivered as described.

Please contact us within 7 days of purchase if you experience any issues.

3. PRODUCTS (Supplements, Herbal Remedies, etc.)

  • Eligible for Refund or Exchange If:

    • The item is faulty, damaged, expired, or not as described.

    • You provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

    • You notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • Not Eligible for Return or Refund If:

    • The product has been opened or used, unless it is faulty.

    • You have changed your mind.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.

4. PREPAID PACKAGES & PROGRAMS

  • Refunds Available Within 7 Days of purchase if no sessions have been used.

  • If part of a package has been used, a prorated refund will be issued, less any applicable admin fees.

  • No refunds are available after 30 days, unless required under the ACL.

5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, please email or call us with the following details:

  • Your full name and contact information

  • Date of purchase or appointment

  • Product or service description

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Any supporting evidence (e.g., receipts, screenshots, photos)

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

6. GOVERNING LAW

This policy is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy excludes any rights or remedies you are entitled to under the ACL.
