About Me

You might be wondering if naturopathy can really make a difference for you. Maybe you’ve started to notice the signs of ageing: fatigue that doesn’t shift, brain fog, low mood, or gut issues that no one has been able to explain. Perhaps you’re already taking medications to manage your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, thyroid or blood sugar, but still feel like something’s missing. You’re doing the “right” things, yet your health isn’t where you want it to be.

That’s where I come in.

Before naturopathy, my career was in psychology and organisational development, where I supported people and workplaces to shift unhelpful patterns and create lasting change. What I saw then, and still believe now, is that lasting change is possible with the right support.

 

Now, I bring that same focus to health: combining naturopathy, behavioural insight, and the traditional wisdom of my Macedonian heritage (the remedies, food-as-medicine, and nature-centered practices that have been passed down through my family) to help you uncover the missing links.

My focus is on whole-person care - supporting your body, mind and lifestyle with evidence-based nutrition, herbal medicine, and practical strategies that fit into real life. Because ageing well isn’t about chasing youth - it’s about staying strong, clear-minded, and energised for the years ahead. And with the right support, that’s absolutely possible for you.
